In response to the Rectangular Strategy Phase 4, which focuses on job growth, equity, and efficiency, as well as mitigating the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Royal Government established the Cambodia Cyber University Network (CCUN) through Sub-Decree No. 16 dated January 14, 2022. This initiative was launched in collaboration with ASEAN Cyber University. To successfully implement this sub-decree, the Ministry of Education, Youth, and Sport introduced the "Higher Education Sub-sector Public Investment Program 2022-2023 on the Cyber University Network of Cambodia" in June 2022. NUBB is one of the founding members of CCUN, alongside Institute of Technology of Cambodia, Svay Rieng University, University of Heng Samrin Thbongkhmum, Royal University of Agriculture, and Royal University of Phnom Penh. Vision To become the e-learning hub and gateway in Cambodia.
